I want to add 10-segment linearizers to the UT control output value. Can the broken line output result be read via communication?

Yes. The read registers will be control output D7621 (OUT_OUT) and transmission output D7624 (OUT_RET). Note that these registers are for data -1500 to 31500 (equivalent to -5.0% to 105%).
