Automation cannot be achieved simply by introducing systems and robots. It is important to have a deep understanding of the daily operations of the customers who work there, and to link the customers and their processes with robots and other systems.
I am the person who "connects" people, interactions, systems, and business processes between the researchers who are our customers and the vendors who provide robots and other equipment.
I contribute to the advancement of life science by identifying and connecting our customers' true goals.
I believe that the "happiness" of our customers when they are able to realize what they want to do is the evolution of science.
Life sciences will continue to change dynamically. It is very exciting to be able to witness the ever-changing "state of the art" at the forefront with our customers. We never know what will happen next, but beyond what we have accomplished, a new era awaits us . I feel the signs of that era in my daily work.

My motto is "Tough times bring opportunity." Together with our customers in any situation, I hope to contribute to industry and society, aiming for what lies beyond the new era. In the near future, the Bio Industrial Autonomy, BIA will have been realized behind me.

High content analysis (HCA) identifies the phenotype or target reaction of small molecules, peptides, RNAi, drug cocktail or, antibodies.
Based on high-resolution microscopic images, high content analysis (HCA) enables you to detect cellular phenotypic changes at a molecular level, so the technology can be utilized as a powerful tool to study effects of physiologically active substances, such as compounds, siRNA, peptides and antibodies, on cultured cells, tissue samples and whole organisms, like zebrafish.
