Yes. You can start/stop data saving via remote input by assigning the Data Save On/OFF function to the remote control input terminals. See “Assigning Functions to the Remote Control Input Terminals (/R1 Option)” in user's manual IM 04P01B01-01E or IM 04P02B01-01E.
