With the SMARTDAC+ GX PID module, can I output control alarms from a GX digital output module (can I make it relay output)? The background is that when replacing the CX, the CX had relay DO, so I want it to be relay output.

No. Control alarms can only be output from the PID module. You can connect a relay externally and output from that.
