When testing the FTP client settings, the following error appeared: E282 An error occurred with the FTP controller connection. What should I do about this?

Communication could not be established with the FTP server.
You can check details on codes in the FTP log screen. In the FTP log screen, while DX1000/DX2000 is running, press the DISP/ENTER key. In the operation menu on the left side of the screen, move to "Log, " then use the right arrow key to open the submenu and select "FTP. " Press DISP/ENTER again.
