Spheroid
In this tutorial, spheroid diameter and cell (nuclei) count within the spheroid will be analyzed.
For the analysis, the [Multi-spheroid structure] protocol pre-installed in [Application] will be used to recognize spheroids and nuclei within the spheroids, which will then be analyzed. Following this, spheroid diameter and nuclei count per spheroid will be displayed using a scatter-chart.
