There's no output with an isolator. What should I do?

  1. Check the power supply wiring.
  2. Check whether the power supply voltage meets the specifications.
  3. Check the polarity of the input wiring.
  4. Use a tester to measure the input terminal voltage.
  5. For current input specifications, confirm that the accessory resistor is connected to the input terminal (applies to the VJ and M series).
  6. If the output signal is of the current specifications, attach an external 250 Ω resistance and measure the voltage.
