While using the DA100, I try to save data to a floppy disk but error code 139 (Other media related error) appears and the data is not saved. What should I do?

There are 2 possible reasons for an error code 139.

1. The floppy disk is damaged. Use a different floppy disk (one from a different production lot).
2. The floppy drive is damaged. Please submit for repair.
