What happens to transmission output when an input OVER occurs at 4–20 mA input (PV: 4–20 mA)?

The output is restricted to a lower limit of 3.2 mA (-5%) and an upper limit of 20.8 mA (105%), but only when the transmission output scale RTH and RTL settings are the same as the PV input range.
