What happens if I mis-enter the user ID and password multiple times?

You can set the number of password retries to 3, 5, or unlimited (default is 3). When the number of retries is exceeded, the unit is locked. Service is required to clear the lock, so please manage user IDs and passwords with care. Note that if 1 unit has multiple administrators configured, we recommend that you set it up so that a separate administrator can log on if it becomes locked.
