GCAI(Gas Chromatograph AI Maintenance Support)는 GC8000 공정 가스 분석기를 위한 데이터 모니터링 소프트웨어입니다.
Yokogawa 분석기 서버 소프트웨어(PCAS)에 연결된 GC8000의 측정 데이터를 사용하여 "unusual" 측정 조건을 실시간으로 감지하고 시각화할 수 있습니다. 이 시스템은 Preventive Maintenance 일정을 위해 오작동을 사전에 예측하고 즉각적인 문제를 신속하게 해결할 수 있도록 도와줍니다.

분석기 서버 소프트웨어(PCAS)에 연결된 GC8000의 측정 데이터를 사용하여 "unusual" 측정 조건을 GCAI 내에 구축된 machine learning 모델에서 이상 징후로 감지하고 실시간으로 시각화할 수 있습니다.
이 machine learning 모델은 참조로 사용할 GC8000의 정상 Chromatogram 데이터를 선택하기만 하면 쉽게 구축할 수 있습니다. 이 모델은 각 Chromatogram 에 고유한 검출 알고리즘을 채택하고 있기 때문에 매우 다양한 측정법에 적할 수 있으며, 사용자는 검출된 이상의 원인을 입력하고 기록할 수 있습니다.
Historical anomaly frequency를 원인별로 분석하여 preventative maintenance 계획을 수립할 수 있습니다.
Resolution 예측을 통한 preventive maintenance 지원
GCAI는 모니터링을 통해 측정된 부품 피크의 Resolution 상태 변화를 가시화하며, Resolution 예측은 현재까지의 분리 trend를 기준으로 1일, 30일, 90일 간격으로 표시되며, 예측값이 미리 정의된 허용오차 미만으로 떨어질 경우 사용자에게 알려지며, 측정된 피크의 분리 상태 변화에 따른 부품 및 컬럼 교체 등 유지보수 계획의 최적화를 예측할 수 있습니다.

All functions are available for 3 months free of charge.
During this period, please refer to the checklist in the Installation and license Guide (TI 11B06H01-01) to confirm that the GC8000 in operation is suitable for monitoring by GCAI.
[3] Next steps
Note that the trial period only extends 3 months, so please be sure to complete the purchasing procedure before the trail expires if you wish to continue receiving the benefits of GCAI. Without this step, the software will automatically deactivate at the end of the trial window.
