This is a function in which output occurs a specified time after an alarm set point is exceeded. If you clear the alarm point during operation of the timer, the timer is reset.
This function supplies power to 2-wire transmitters. It differs depending on the specifications of the transmitter, but the input accepts 100 Ω resistors.
100 Ω resistor (model: X010-100-2, sold seperately)
Check that the LL parameter is ON (LL=ON).
If you can't perform front panel communications even if LL=ON, check whether you can communicate using the back panel terminal.
If you can, it may be noise. Remove the communication lines.

We apologize for this. These parameters cannot be set using the tool (both terminal and front panel communications) due to the specifications of the controller main unit.
Check whether the LL parameter on the controller is ON. If using RS-485 communication, turn it OFF. If it is already OFF, check the following.
If front panel communication, ON
If rear panel communication, OFF
If it is already OFF, check the following...
These are used when 2-wire transmitters are used in the field. They provide cost savings since they do not need to be purchased separately. 24 V (21.6–28.0 VDC, 30 mA MAX) sensor power supplies can be specified with the following models: UT551,...
With the UT300 series, only use 1PID. With UT400/500/700 models, the PID used just prior to switching to remote input is used. When using SP switching during remote input, only the PID switches.
If you set + dead zone in the settings, you can get an area where no outputs occur. If you set - dead zone, you can get an area where both outputs occur at the same time.
It depends on the model. The following lists the readable registers by model.
UT100 series: D0001–D0009
UT300 series: D0001–D0008
UT400/UT500/UT700 series: D0001–D0025
UP350: D0001–D0008
UP550/UP750: D0001–D0025

The PV value can be written by using the ladder sequence function of UTAdvanced series. However, when communication is interrupted, the PV value is retained.
Check whether the wiring to the power supply terminal is correct. If only the LCD on the UT/UP700 does not display, a custom computation may be set for no display. If the PV display is also blank, this may indicate product failure. Please contact you...
PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyl) were banned from manufacturing and imports in 1975. The GREEN series began to be manufactured in 1997, and do not include PCBs.
For energize alarms, ON contact results when an alarm occurs. For de-energize alarms, OFF contact results when an alarm occurs. Note that OFF contact also results when the power fails.
Yes, you can use the GREEN-UTAdvanced parameter data conversion tool (available as free download).
Using the LL100/LL200 parameter setting tool, save the GREEN series parameters to a file, convert them using the conversion tool, then apply the settin...
Yes. This requires an RS-485/Ethernet converter such as VJET. The controller must also have a communication option. Some models can be connected directly with the UTAdvanced series.
Ladder communication is used when communicating with the Computer link unit/Serial communication unit. Modbus/RTU is used for communication with the Modbus communication module.
You can use the conversion tool. You don’t have to do anything after you create it.
The steps are as follows:
Perform the Green conversion using the conversion tool.
Write the converted file to the UTA (with the CC-Link option) main unit.

Yes. Software for converting your existing controller parameter data for use with the UTAdvanced series is available for download free of charge.

With a UP program controller or UT digital indicating controller as the parent station and multiple UT digital indicating controllers as the child stations, the children perform the same actions that are carried out on the parent.

Ladder communication is a protocol for communication with PLCs. Aside from Yokogawa PLCs, you can communicate with Mitsubishi MELSEC-Q/A series calculator link units (using A1SJ71UC24-R4 or A1SJ71C24-R4).

This is a protocol for communication with general purpose PCs and graphic panels, and also the FA-M3: You can communicate with Yokogawa PLC range free controller UT link modules and serial communication modules. Also, you can easily connect with PLCs...
Even when you expand the applicable range of the PID constant, the process states fluctuate, or response is unstable and hunting occurs (control responses fluctuate), this function is effective for stabilizing control and suppressing hunting. Normall...
The common for all GREEN series alarm relay outputs are shared. In the UTAdvanced series, each alarm relay output has its own common. If used the same way, use external wiring to connect common to common.
This is an overshoot suppression function that uses fuzzy logic. It constantly monitors deviation, and if it detects the possibility of an overshoot, it automatically changes the set point to a somewhat lower temp value (sub set point SSP).
When y...
Program changes for reading PV and OUT, writing SP, and other basic parameters are not necessary. There are registers and relays that support the GREEN series. For details see the UTAdvanced series communication interface (RS-485, Ethernet) user'...
As for individually writing parameters via CC-Link, changing OUT area values constitutes a write request. In your case, since the OUT area value hasn't changed from the previous value, the SP value is notoverwritten. As a fix, periodically copy t...
