How would you describe your job and role at Yokogawa?
Being the Sales and Service Manager at Yokogawa Marex, I oversee all Sales and Marketing activity as well as Customer Services and Training. This means I am responsible for supporting customers through their journey with our products to make sure they are getting the best out of our software solutions, adding value every step of the way as well as being involved in developing new ideas.
What is the most remarkable thing you have done at Yokogawa so far?
Yokogawa has made it possible for me to grow three steps in three years! Since moving to the Isle of Wight and starting my journey at Yokogawa Marex as a sales consultant three years ago, I was asked to join the Management Team, taking on Sales and Marketing; and more recently, the Services Team as well. A great team has made great sales results possible, has expanded the reach of our marketing communications and is delivering continuously improving levels of customer service.

Our office is in a unique location and the Isle of Wight offers beautiful scenery, allowing me to enjoy walking to and from work, using this time to unwind and take in the fresh air. I value Yokogawa’s stance on sustainability and our efforts to be more environmentally friendly within the office doesn’t just benefit our employees, but also the community. In addition, at Yokogawa Marex, we always value collaboration and teamwork, so we have a positive and enjoyable work environment which all contributes to a better quality of life.
