Can I purchase an adapter or cable for LL100/ L200 separately?

No. LL100/LL200 has been discontinued.

The adapter might not be attached properly, or the adapter batteries (2 x AA) may be spent. If using the UT320/321/350/351, check whether the LL parameter on the main unit is ON.
Can I extend the LL100/LL200 cable?

Yes. Use a standard USB extension cable. Note that per the USB standard you should not use an extension cable longer than 4 meters.

I can't set R485 parameters for the UT320, UT321, UT350 and UT351 using the parameter setting tool.

We apologize for this. These parameters cannot be set using the tool (both terminal and front panel communications) due to the specifications of the controller main unit.
A response time out occurs during communication on the UT320, UT321, UT350, or UT351.
