We regret to inform you that we have identified inappropriate process for EJX/EJA series, YTA series, Field Wireless and other products.
CE and ATEX explosion protected type standards require that manuals describing “the safe use of equipment” shall be bundled to the products. The affected products were the products shipped without manuals in case customer specified that manuals are not required at ordering.
We have reported this matter to the certification body and ensure that the shipped products can still be used safely.
As a corrective measure, the manuals describing "the safe use of equipment" will be bundled to products regardless of ordering condition from new shipping.
We sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience this may have caused. We are taking thorough preventive measures to avoid this situation in the future and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If you request a paper copy of the manuals, it would be appreciated it if you could print out the manuals by yourself and refer it.
