测量电导率有两种基本传感器类型:接触式和电感式(环形、无电极)。
使用接触式传感器时,通过向溶液中浸入的传感器电极(共同影响参比池常数)施加交流电并测量产生的电压来测量导电性。溶液用作传感器电极之间的导电体。
对于电感式电导率(也称为环形或无电极),电感式传感器的传感元件(电极线圈)不会与过程液体直接接触。这两个匹配(相同)的线圈封装在PEEK (或特氟龙)中,保护其免受过程液的不利影响。
ISC40感应传感器只有一个参比池因数(常数),它涵盖了几乎整个电导率测量范围(50-2,000,000 µS/cm)。传感器的精度只在低端(低于50 µS)受影响。
因为ISC40电感式传感器几乎不需要维护;它是许多应用的理想选择。如果不能使用ISC40,建议使用4电极的SC42大口径型传感器。
