When I try to connect the WT300 series and perform automatic model determination on the GateWT, the message, "Cannot open a communication port" appears.

• My OS is Windows 7. I've disabled all my Windows firewall settings.
• I get a response to a ping.
• I changed the WT300 series communication settings to WT200 compatible mode.

When connecting the WT300 with GateWT, you should actually enable your Windows firewall settings, and then for "Inboud Rules" under Advanced settings, set to enable for GateWT related settings (green check mark).
