Course Description
This course consists of lectures, demonstrations, laboratory exercises, and question and answer sessions designed to educate the student in the Plant Resource Management Installation, Maintenance and Administration.

Objectives/Outcomes
Upon completing the course, the learner will be able to exhibit the ability to:
- Manage plant resources using the PRM Utilities
- Manage documentation, inspection and calibration of the resources
- Administration of user accounts, device security, database maintenance
- Understanding of advanced diagnostics operation, acquisition navigator and alarm management.
Intended Audience
All Engineers and/or Plant Administrators responsible for monitoring plant instrumentation resources.
Course Prerequisites
None
Technical Requirements
- Basic file/folder manipulation in a Windows environment
- Knowledge of Foundation Fieldbus, Hart or process instrumentation
Materials
Each learner will be provided with the appropriate course workbook.
Requirements to Be Awarded Certification
- Submit completed course Registration Form
- Fulfill financial obligations
- Fulfill the 90% attendance requirement by signing-in each day of facilitated course
- Fulfill the 70% or above overall scoring requirement on labs and projects
