There's no output with an analog/pulse converter. What should I do?

  1. Check the power supply wiring.
  2. Check whether the power supply voltage meets the specifications.
  3. Check the polarity (+), (-) of the input wiring. Use a tester to measure the input terminal voltage.
  4. For current input specifications (applies to the VJ and M series), confirm that the accessory resistor is connected to the input terminal.
  5. Reverse the polarity (+), (-) of the input wiring and then check whether there is any output.
  6. You must apply external power to the output terminals (open collector / non-voltage contact AC switch). Check whether there is power.
