I built an FTP server for SMARTDAC+ GX/GP series using Windows 7 IIS, but when I attempt an FTP transfer, the 692 FTP control connection error message appears, and the transfer fails. What should I do?

I built an FTP server for SMARTDAC+ GX/GP series using Windows 7 IIS, but when I attempt an FTP transfer, the 692 FTP control connection error message appears, and the transfer fails. What should I do?

Navigate to MENU > Screen change > Logs > FTP, check the contents of the log, then perform the corrective action under "FTP client related errors" in section 5.2 of the user's manual (IM 04L51B01-01EN), "Troubleshooting."
