UTAdvanced Digital Indicating Controllers come standard with ladder sequence functions in ladder programs, some of which can process data (measured and computed values). This is an example of applying those ladder programs to create a ratio station.

The ratio station is easy to configure on UTAdvanced by setting the following ladder program for the calculations.

The injected amount of chemical is automatically adjusted according to the amount of untreated solution.
RSP × P01 × P03 = RSP_CTL
(amnt. × ratio × concentration = target setting)
Ratio and concentration are displayed, set, and changed on UTAdvanced using the P parameter.
