From the very beginning of this crisis, our priority has been to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our most valuable assets - our employees, our customers, suppliers and partners - while assuring the business continuity of our customers.
To facilitate this, necessary safety measures have been established and distancing protocols are being strictly adhered to in our offices. We have been proactively taking stringent measures to stop all international travel and avoid face to face meetings.
During unavoidable site visits, in addition to observing all the instructions set out by the respective suppliers, our Project Managers will make certain that the employees/ contractors are healthy and are fully complying with the travel advisory.
Our factories, as well as our suppliers’ factories are affected by the situation. The Yokogawa group is doing its utmost to ensure a continuous supply of our products with minimum impact to our customers. Yokogawa Middle East & Africa is also working closely with our suppliers in the supply chain to ensure that this disruption is kept to an absolute minimum.
We are fully equipped to seamlessly work through a partial or complete temporary office closure. All technology and processes are in place to ensure that any disruption to our business operations are reduced to an absolute minimum, with most of our employees now working from their homes.
