Release number R3.04 and earlier does not support IE 9. Please update to the latest version using our web download service. Note that the service is not available for models with suffix codes /Z and /Sx (where x is 1–199). In those cases, please try the following.
Using Internet Explorer 9
On the Tools menu, open "F12 Developer tools." In the Document mode menu, click Quirks mode.
* Note: Using IE 9 nullifies the warranty.
