What is a demand measurement function?

The PR300's demand measurement function measures average power or current within a specified time limit. It also measures the maximum value during the period of demand measurement. When a specified demand alarm point is exceeded, an alarm is output (open collector). You can set a demand alarm mask time to avoid unwanted alarms near the start of the time limit range.
