PRM has a CMMS interface for Maximo®, the enterprise asset management (EAM) system from IBM Software, Inc. With an interface for CMMS, the Maximo can provide better maintenance operation by acquiring real-time device information from PRM when both systems are connected.

A more holistic approach to diagnostics
Going beyond individual device diagnostics, PRM Advanced Diagnostics Applications (PAA) integrate device data with process data to enable more holistic diagnostics for process equipment. Quick on-line diagnosis reduces the need for field inspections while condition-based maintenance minimizes plant downtime, both planned and unplanned. As a result, plant uptime is maximized.

User-friendly PAA templates simplify the implementation of online diagnostics for all plant assets. Users can use the library of PAA templates to create customized diagnostic applications. For example:
