DTM files that are not included on PRM media or that have been updated can be downloaded from the PRM Members Page. A document explaining how to install DTM files is also available for download. This service is available only for registered PRM members.

DeviceViewer configuration files for devices from Yokogawa and other vendors can be downloaded from the PRM Members Page. This service is available only for registered PRM members.

Yokogawa has created an open configuration tool that enables device suppliers to connect their devices with DeviceViewer. The tool is available in text file format at no extra cost to device suppliers who have a contract. Device suppliers are requested to fill in a form available here and send it back to Yokogawa. This form may also be used to request additional information.
